  • Ongoing technical training to our staff. Securix invests annually to ensure long product life cycles of onsite serviceability by providing factory trained personnel.
  • Premier Service. Securix provides 15 month warranty standard with a system purchased and three-year, next business day on-site service on all computers.
    • Platinum Service Plan - Provides 24/7 onsite service of parts and labor.
    • Gold Service Plan - Provides 8-5 onsite service of parts and labor with 24/7 on-call service of labor.
    • Silver Service Plan - Provides 8-5 onsite service of labor with parts provided at a pre-define pricing discount off original Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
    • Bronze Service Plan - Provides annual preventive maintenance and inspections of system functionality, and special discounts on labor and parts, as needed, are also provided with this subscription.
  • Client recovery function - Securix designs all systems with backup media for recovery and/or restoration of previous data and images.
  • Select options that allow you to apply up to 25% of unused annual contract dollars toward upgrading technology.
